About the Event
CLUB has canceled this years wild game dinner. We thank you for your support the past four years attending this event and hope to see you at the next CLUB event this summer, the 6th annual Elevation Run/Walk July 28th. CLUB is very busy working planning and fundraising for phase 2 of our facilities so stay tuned.
This is CLUB’s 5th year hosting the Wild Game potluck dinner on Saturday April 21st, 2018. This year the event will be held in Conifer at the Our Lady of the Pines Church 9444 Eagle Cliff Rd. Conifer, CO 80433.
You can buy individual tickets for $50 or buy a table with 8 seats for $250. Table prices include bonus raffle tickets to table purchaser.
Drinks and raffle tickets are sold and there are many wonderful raffle and live auction items of hunting, fishing, camping, and sporting nature along with great items for the home!

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS OF THE EVENT GO?
Already, the Phase I installment of stadium lights at the football field and team rooms has added so much to the community and the athletes of Conifer. CLUB want's to continue fundraising for the Phase II Field Improvements. That is why this year's event, all proceeds are going towards the Phase II Field Improvements. Just some of the improvements include field lights around the softball field and upper practice field, turfing the practice field, permanent stadium bleachers at the main football field, and much more to support the student athletes at Conifer High School.

What To Bring
Wild Game dish to share as your contribution to the pot luck, enough for the number of tickets you’ve purchased. All dishes are collected and presented buffet style as tables are announced by our emcee.
Bring a copy of a favorite wild game recipe.
Desserts and Vegetable dishes can be substituted for wild game dish, let us know in advance.
If you need alternative heating let us know in advance.
